Here’s a poster I did for a real band, Gradience, a bunch of guys who play songs from the sixties on up. I tried to get their four portraits to work, but finally opted for four textured orbs. The portraits I had were too low-res.

I found the quote from wikipedia, and the guitar from google images. When I showed it to a colleague, one of the musicians in the band, he told me the guitar was upside down. I told him I’d fix it, but the truth is, I like it the way it is. He did, too.

They didn’t use it because the other band members were more in to red. Red, and more red. And tie dye. I did this only for fun, with no assumption they’d use it and I’m surprised my colleague even considered it.

This is the last of these little images. If I show any more, they’ll be new. Zoom

Plenty of tropes, not much Zen.
