Semi-Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies: Here’s one of my dad’s recipes all tarted up. He submitted this to the local newspaper where he lives. He’s got dozens of ‘em. He used to send them to me back in the days when people hand-wrote or typed letters on paper. They’re somehow more authentic in that medium.
